NELFI is a mysterious foundation in Philippines because they offered big money to people. Many people said that the foundation is a SCAM. Because they always say "the release is too closed " Let us examine this Foundation.In my research Mr.Torres is the chairman of such a foundation and I interviewed some members of NELFI.

I cant believe of what I read on their files. NELFI reveal the figure of the money that they have . Even each Filipino people will claim a 1 million its inexhaustible money. In my review 267 trillion was already in their hand and they preparing to deposited the money of unknown bank here in the Philippines. According to my research. There are people blocked the operation of distributing money, those in high positions. This money is not a joke and they said "its not easy to manage".
